The first group of 4 PhD students are on campus at Africa Nazarene University. Thoughout much of February, they are taking intensive seminars.

It has been my joy this week to work with Prof Rod Reed (DVC-Academic) in teaching the course, “Wesleyan Mission and Ecclesiology.” Students have been very responsive as we’ve worked through the material, which has included several chapters from Greg’s new book, Mere Ecclesiology: Finding Your Place in the Church’s Mission (Wipf & Stock, 2016).

As Regional Education Coordinator (2012-2016), Greg’s rally cry was: “Everyone Up One Level.” Now on faculty at ANU, it has been gratifying  for him to help some of our best move to the highest level theological qualification.

Please pray for our students as they develop their PhD thesis topics. And help spread the word about the next intake ( August 2017, with official start on September 1).
